1. How do I reserve a hotel online?
Answer: 1) Choose the city and the period that you will stay, as well as any other search criteria (e.g. Price and star rating preference), and then submit.
2) View hotel info by clicking on the hotel names in the list of searching results.
3) After finding the hotel right for you, select a room type and click on the 'reserve' button.
4) Fill in your name, email and the number of rooms you want to have, and then choose the means by which you would like to receive our confirmation.

2. How do I know whether my reservation is succeeded or not?
Answer: After submitting the reservation online, a confirmation email from us will be sent to your email address. If you are still minded for this reservation, simply reply this email, by which your reservation is completely fulfilled.
   
3. By which means will I be charged for my reservation?
Answer: All relative fees will be charged at the hotel's front desk.
   
4. What if I need to cancel the reservation?
